We work with children in a wide range of care needs. Often a child may be born prematurely and will receive a developmental protocol/plan from their pediatrician. Other times children are born with chronic conditions that leave them unable to thrive on their own at an early age. We are a group of deeply passionate medical professionals that focus on creating the best nurturing environment for children with all types of medical challenges to help them overcome these challenges and blossom. We focus on each child’s needs and work with your child’s provider to ensure a care plan is designed to suit your child.

We respond to daily requests and referrals! We partner with all health plans across all states to ensure we have the most up to date information for all patients and collaborate to admit children as quickly and accurately as possible. Yes! Our staffing model includes a director of nursing, RNs, LPNs, CNAs and medical techs! Our team is comprised of clinical personnel with many years of experience.
We have state of the art facilities structured to support children with most chronic conditions and other medically fragile stages. We also utilize high-level hospital standard equipment as it is a requirement by each state.
Care plans are reviewed and updated weekly as our children have many visits with their providers throughout the month. We endeavor to keep the most up to date information for each patient to help mitigate any health challenges.
