OUR PPEC SERVICES
Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care, where children from infants up to the age of 21, are given the opportunity to blossom with our specialized and skilled nurturing.
What is PPEC?
Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) centers are specialized facilities that provide medical care, therapeutic, and educational services to medically complex and fragile children outside of a traditional hospital setting. These centers are designed to offer a supportive environment for children with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or those recovering from surgeries or other medical procedures. PPECs provide high-level skilled nursing with critical care experience, following the guidance and prescription of a medical provider to support each child's needs.
Medical Supervision
PPECs are staffed with skilled healthcare professionals, including pediatric nurses and other medical staff, who provide continuous medical care and supervision.
